This is a 32 year old male that did not like his double chin. He had chin lipo and a platysmaplasty under local anesthesia and oral sedation. Note his “slimmer” look. He has decrease in his submental fullness and more definition along the jawline. Results are at 1 month and will continue to improve nicely as the skin contracts even more.
