The Consultation Process

Out of town patients have the opportunity to communicate with Dr. Lee via email exchange, telephone, or video chat. Please contact our office to get your facial cosmetic consultation started.

Upon arrival, please sign in and our receptionist will give you our necessary paperwork which can also be found on here. These new patient forms will review your health history, and give us the necessary information to make an educated decision on the best course of treatment. And please enjoy a refreshment at our coffee and tea bar while doing so.

You will be greeted and taken to a private room with one of our experienced patient care coordinators. This coordinator is very familiar with Dr. Lee’s practice and philosophy, and will be your liaison throughout your journey here with us. She will sit down with you and take the time to listen to your concerns and questions. You may talk about your motivations and what you think is needed to enhance your facial appearance with her at this time. She will then share with you Dr. Lee’s credentials, surgical experience, our patients’ experiences, and our office and accredited surgery center.

Dr. Lee will then come in and sit with you and he himself will spend the time necessary to get to know your and your beauty needs. Typically, his consult will last 15 – 45 min, depending on your needs. This time together is paramount in developing trust between you and your doctor, so that Dr. Lee can better understand how he can help you feel and look better based on his vast experience. He will explain what is possible and realistic versus what may not be. Dr. Lee will review the advantages, benefits, risks, and recovery for the facial procedures you may be interested in to ensure you have all the facts before making a decision. Dr. Lee is widely known for his procedures under local anesthesia and oral sedation, and he will discuss this unique anesthesia option with you, in addition to others. He can share patient before and after photos and testimonials, and answer any questions you may have.

Your Patient Care Consultant will sit down again with you to discuss what cosmetic options are appropriate, costs, possible financing options, and scheduling of a future pre-op visit (if needed) and finally, procedure date. A written quote will be provided, and if electing surgery, it will be in our accredited ambulatory surgery center next door. It is normal to be a little nervous about any surgical procedure, and your coordinator will help you with your journey every step of the way and beyond. Our patient care consultants have decades of combined experience, and will let you know what to expect and how you are doing.
