22 year old female with deformed earlobes secondary to earlobe plug piercings. This patient has been wearing earlobe plugs that have expanded the piercing of the earlobes. Openings were approximately the size of a dime. Reconstruction of the earlobe was carefully planned. Note the removal of the large piercings, reduced earlobe size, and natural contour of the new earlobe.
