22 year old female with deformed earlobes secondary to earlobe plug piercing. Patient has been wearing earlobe plugs that have expanded the piercing of the earlobes. Opening were approximately the size of a dime. Reconstuction of the earlobe was carefully planned. Note the removal of the large piercings and natural contour of the new earlobe.
